Arabic Speaking Consultant Psychiatrist – Relocate to Dubai

This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for an Arabic-speaking Consultant Psychiatrist ready to help build a new psychiatric service from the ground up — not step into an existing structure, but help define one.

What You'll Do

• Lead clinical governance and complex detox and dual-diagnosis case management
• Guide workforce development for the new psychiatric service

Candidate Profile

Required:

• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Eligible for professional licensure/registration in your current country of practice

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare service development, team leadership, or start-up/greenfield clinical environments
