Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct behavior analysis services to individuals, including skill acquisition training and behavior reduction strategies
- Collaborate with team members, including Behavior Analysts and other professionals, to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments
- Provide behavior management strategies and techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements and qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Experience working within an school setting a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation
