Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns, and will work closely with our healthcare providers to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to clients in navigating our services and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a high level of customer service and quality of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or concerns that may impact client satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client appointments and follow-ups
- Educate clients on our services, policies, and procedures
- Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and provide feedback to the management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
- Empathetic and compassionate towards clients and their needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required
