My client is a digital health science company with a global footprint that is at the intersection of healthtech, insurtech and fintech. Below are the primary responsibilities for the role.

Role: Head of Customer Success

Location: Bangalore/Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the overall vision and strategic plan for our existing clients across the world, focussing on product adoption and positive customer experience
  • Drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
  • Assist customers with setting up and further executing our solution to their consumers
  • Identify and form upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Promote value through customer experience
  • Build, train and mentor a world class team
  • Assist in creating product training courses and educational materials for clients

Skills/Qualifications:

  • You have proven experience in leading a Customer Success team of an exciting Series A start-up to the next level of its growth
  • You are experienced in dealing with multiple teams (ideally in a tech services role)
  • You are comfortable working with senior (C-level) executives
  • You possess exceptional operational skills to drive organisational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
  • You are experienced in working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • You have an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • A background in healthcare / Enterprise SAAS would be an added advantage
  • Youre a self-starter who is ambitious and driven to grow with the company
  • You have flexibility to work with global clients (overseas travel may at times be required)
