We are seeking an experienced professional for a Healthcare Technology Management role in Muskingum County, Ohio. In this position, you will oversee various types of medical equipment, provide hands-on expertise, and impart leadership and process improvement insights to our team. This role requires a high-level leader capable of managing supervisors and technical professionals effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Healthcare Technology, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the diverse service aspects encountered and resolved daily. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction for clinical engineering services, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and organizational objectives.

HTM Professional Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service and foster strong partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, agility, and decision-making skills in budget management.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and mentoring talent within the organization.
  • Executive and C-Suite experience.
  • Position Summary:

This role entails overall management and supervision of the assigned account, taking full responsibility for operational and fiscal performance. You will ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, values, and goals.

  • Supervision of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance.

  • Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of management experience.
  • 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

Must Have:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years' experience managing Biomedical Services in a Large healthcare system.

Experience in regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).

Executive and C-Suite experience.

5 years of management experience.

5 years of functional experience.
