We are looking for a dedicated Computer Technician to join our team! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems to provide on-site and shop-based support for our clients. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all computer systems and peripheral devices are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for desktop and laptop computers, focusing on Intel-based systems.

• Address issues with peripheral devices and ensure seamless operation.

• Conduct computer assembly, hardware repair, and basic networking tasks.

• Install and troubleshoot operating systems and application software.

• Work both on-site and in a stationary environment to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of two years of experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with Dell Latitude laptops and HP desktops/laptops (subject to change).

• A+ certification is required.

• Additional training may be considered in lieu of experience (one month of training equals one month of experience).

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma.
