Part-Time Accounts Administrator ,
Accounts Administrator, £24,000 - £26,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 20-30 hours over 3 to 4 full days essential days must include Thurs & Fri
Our client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis working in our Warrington office with 1-2 visits per month to the Irlam office. The successful person will assist with accounts administration for both companies.
The Duties:
- Uniform ordering for both business units
- Company credit card administration
- Weekly custom clearance submissions
- Processing employee expenses
- Update monthly Environmental usage tracker
- Assisting with annual stock take administration
- Payroll administration collating information for submission to payroll bureau
- Administer of company reward discount scheme
- Processing purchase invoices
- Provide holiday cover for the finance team
- Assist with other accounting duties as required
The Skills:
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Ability to work in faced paced environment
- Proactive mindset
- Willing learner / curious about systems and processes
- Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently
- Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems
- Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
The Qualifications Required:
- AAT qualifications
- Excellent Excel skills
