The Job
Our client is seeking skilled and motivated Assembly Technicians to join their team. The role is essential to the manufacturing process, requiring meticulous assembly of components in line with strict internal specifications and quality standards.

The Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to detailed instructions using hand and power tools.
- Inspect parts before use, checking for defects, damage, or inconsistencies to ensure they meet quality standards before assembly.
- Conduct final quality checks to confirm products align with internal specifications and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, equipment, and workbench to prevent breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Accurately record assembly data, including quantities, part numbers, and quality notes, following company guidelines.
- Assemble metal work, signal heads, and wiring of products, ensuring all work is performed to a high standard.
- Pack and load products efficiently, preparing them for dispatch.
- Assist in delivering equipment to depots and customer locations as needed.

Desirable Experience:

- Basic knowledge of product wiring and assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Possession of a full, valid manual driving licence.
