Site Manager (2 Positions Available) - Dudley £50,000-£60,000 DOE

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

10% Bonus (Objectives & EBITDA)

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operations and continuous improvement? Were looking for a Site Manager to join our team and drive excellence across production, health & safety, quality, and maintenance.

As Site Manager, you'll ensure compliance with key industry standards, manage production efficiency, coordinate maintenance, and lead a dedicated team to achieve top performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance: Ensure the site meets ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Operations: Oversee production schedules, plant maintenance, and contractor activities to keep the site running smoothly.
• Leadership: Lead staff training, performance appraisals, and support team development.
• Problem Solving: Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Reporting: Monitor KPIs, address quality issues, and ensure site safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NEBOSH Certified & WAMITAB Level 4 (Medium Risk Waste) Certified.
• First Aid Trained.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with HR processes, PPMs, and engineering maintenance.
• Expertise in budget control, overheads, and CAPEX management.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
