Due to continued growth, my client is seeking a dedicated Customer Representative to play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The Role: 

As a Customer Representative, you will be the face of the business, delivering excellent service to customers and ensuring their needs are met from enquiry to purchase.

The Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Providing product information and advice to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs.
  • Processing and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and organised customer records in the company's systems.
  • Resolving customer queries or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers.
  • A customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to easily commute to the location.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a driving license.
