The Role:
As a Customer Representative, you will be the face of the business, delivering excellent service to customers and ensuring their needs are met from enquiry to purchase.
The Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly, professional approach.
- Providing product information and advice to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs.
- Processing and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintaining up-to-date and organised customer records in the company's systems.
- Resolving customer queries or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers.
- A customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
