About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in industrial equipment or plant hire to take charge of a thriving depot. Our product range focuses on temporary traffic lights, and we need a hands-on self-starter ready to hit the ground running.

You'll be joining a company that values service excellence and health and safety, with comprehensive training programs and reliable, trusted products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver high performance consistently.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage resources, inventory, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient depot operations.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce strict health and safety standards across all activities.
  • Multi-tasking and Prioritisation: Oversee multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in a rota to provide assistance outside regular hours when required.
  • Hands-On Approach: Be prepared to get involved in physical tasks, including equipment handling and maintenance.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to think ahead, stay organised, and find solutions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong Communication: Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work on-call when required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tablets or digital systems to manage tasks and reports.
  • Driving License: Full, clean, manual driving license (up to 6 points allowed).
