The Company:

Our client is a prominent player in the traffic industry and is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join their team in Haydock.

The Role:

This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive growth and success for the company. We are looking for a team player who can develop external and internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels including online research, industry events, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on potential leads, ensuring all data is current and comprehensive.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the traffic industry.
  • Outreach: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, cold calls, and other outreach methods to engage with potential leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion and the Customer Service Advocate to deliver the best customer service
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the traffic or related industry.
  • Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Understanding the traffic industry and its key players is advantageous.
