We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our exciting and growing venue.

This is a hands-on role overseeing our sports courts, Pilates studio, café/bar operations and customer experience, ensuring every member and guest enjoys a first-class experience. You'll lead and develop the team, manage operations, and help grow a vibrant community-focused brand.

We're looking for someone with experience in hospitality, leisure, fitness or venue operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering exceptional service.
