Eligibility: The referrer must be a current or former employee of the employer or have an existing professional relationship with the employer. The referred candidate must meet the minimum requirements set forth by the employer in order to be considered for the position. The recruiting agency reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet these requirements.
Referral Process: The referrer must submit the referral through the designated portal or email provided by the recruiting agency. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information of the referred candidate, as well as any required documents such as a resume or cover letter.
Candidate Representation: By submitting a referral, the referrer represents that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge. The referrer also agrees to promptly inform the recruiting agency of any changes to their referral or the referred candidate's information or qualifications.
Confidentiality: The recruiting agency will maintain the confidentiality of the referred candidate's personal and professional information, and will only share this information with the employer for the purpose of the referred candidate's application.
Interview Process: The employer will determine the interview process, which may include one or more interviews and assessments. The recruiting agency will provide the referred candidate with any necessary information or guidance regarding the interview process.
Job Offer: The employer will make the final decision on whether to offer the referred candidate the job. If a job offer is extended, the referred candidate will be informed by the recruiting agency and will have the option to accept or decline the offer.
Fees: The recruiting agency may charge a fee to the employer for its services. The referrer will not be responsible for paying any fees to the recruiting agency.
Right to Modify: The recruiting agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to the referrer or the referred candidate.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the recruiting agency is based.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the referrer, referred candidate, and the recruiting agency with respect to the referred candidate's application, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
