.Net Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled .Net Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a .Net Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications that meet project requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Develop applications as per project specifications, including writing clean, efficient code, and testing completed applications to ensure quality.
• Documentation & Standards Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to company standards for documentation, coding practices, testing, and other related development activities.
• Maintenance & Updates: Modify existing programs per project requirements, code alterations, and test corrections while updating documentation according to company standards.
• Code Walk-throughs: Lead or participate in walk-throughs of program design, coding, and testing to minimize program errors and improve the overall code quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and partner Engineering teams to develop and implement new features.
• Code Reviews & Pair Programming: Engage in code reviews, learn through pairing with team members, and contribute to the growth of your team by sharing knowledge and improving team dynamics.
• Continuous Learning: Focus on enhancing technical skills in system application development through ongoing learning and practice.
• Support IT & Other Departments: Provide technical support to the Information Technology team and other departments as needed.
• Additional Responsibilities: Willingly take on additional tasks as required to meet department and company goals.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in achieving company objectives by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Core Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework 6, .NET 4.0+, Razor, and .NET Core (additional knowledge of .NET Core is a plus).
  • Solid experience in JavaScript, APIs, JSON, jQuery, and ReactJS.
  • HTML5 expertise and a basic understanding of Bootstrap is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL Server and SSRS for database management.
• Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in development, specifically in ASP.NET and modern web technologies.
  • Familiarity with system development lifecycle, testing practices, and agile methodologies.
