Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads. Focused on the U.S. market, this role demands exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's BPO and IT consulting business. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential clients. (SQL & MQL)
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
  • Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities. Utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Senior Sales Executives. 
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
  • Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's offerings, the U.S. market, and emerging trends in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum undergraduate in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field shall be preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, lead qualification specifically within the BPO, Software Development, or IT services industry. 
  • Strong understanding of BPO and IT services offerings, market dynamics, and client needs. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis. 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required. 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage. (Salesforce, Hubsoft & Microsoft Dynamics)
