Cloud IT Specialist
Job Description:
Purpose of the position
As Cloud IT Specialist you are given tasks within implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Cloud solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security. Environments used are Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud and AWS.
Short description of the IT Operations Center
Global IT, IT Operations will deliver IT service delivery across IT vertical from the IT Operations Center where one is placed in Manila and the other is in Warsaw, Poland. The goal for the IT Operations Center is to solve and reduce the number of major and critical incidents and be part of delivering global 24/7 IT service delivery. The IT Operations Center will consist of all relevant IT Operations areas and hold competencies ranging from IT Security, Network, Server, Cloud, Database, Citrix and O365. The IT Operations Center is a crucial part of the total IT service delivery to global business users.
Key Tasks
- Automate installations using relevant scripting tools
- Provision IaaS and PaaS services with Azure pipelines
- Build and maintain shared systems, i.e. monitoring, application platforms etc.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with relevant IT departments
- Troubleshooting of operational issues with application teams
- Estimate and plan worklogs
- Work in Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including companys intellectual property protection
- Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education
IT / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
- Excellent IT Operations understanding / experience with other IT Operations Centers
- Knowledge of IT Operations
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of trends and challenges for the IT industry
- International experience / work experience abroad an advantage
- Willingness for possible travel

Educational background / Work experience
- University degree in IT or business studies or any related studies
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position (Cloud Administrator)
- Preferable work experience in IT Operations Center or business Process Centers
- High knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies
- High knowledge of basic software
- Operational mindset and cooperation skills
Language skills
- English Excellent language skills, both verbal and written
- Computer Literacy
- Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
