Production Manager (ILO)

 Job Description:

Production Managers are the brains when it comes to training and managing an effective team that can work to organizational deadlines and KPIs. They have a grasp of the trends on the market to maximize reach to potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience of at least three (3) years as a Supervisor or Manager for a company in a related field.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Amenable to work in an office-based setup.
  • Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required!

Responsibilities
  • Manages digital campaigns, ensuring that they meet Client objectives and excellent results.
  • Works with the Sales team in developing integrated marketing solutions that directly address the clients’ needs/wants.
  • Monitors campaign performance and provide sales and clients with upselling and optimization recommendations.
  • Produces campaign analytics reports, including case studies, to demonstrate effectiveness and share learnings.
  • Accountable for delivering the Group’s Production Quota and maintaining specified Group KPIs
  • Plan, organize, and implement strategies to generate leads/appointments via all given channels: voice, email, social media, chat, web marketing, and continuously discover other means to generate lists and production.
  • Manages digital campaigns, ensuring that they meet Client objectives and excellent results.
  • Overall in-charge of generation and optimization of all materials used to run a campaign: target lists, content, campaign flow (i.e., call flow, LN scheme, etc.) 
  • As a team leader, give and receive employee feedback, conduct performance evaluations every month, and provide ongoing training to the staff.
  • Monitor attendance and schedule adherence of the group and maintain the company’s standard DA Ratio.
  • Practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results per company’s requirement or Client / Account Manager’s requirement 
  • Takes on tasks as directed by your uplines and CEO.
  • Responsible for training, coaching, and developing assigned agents to conclude monitoring presentations, conducting evaluations, follow-up, and corrective counseling as needed.
  • Assist the Account Manager in maintaining a positive, motivating, and high-energy working environment.
  • Carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all agent's to improve efficiencies
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
