Database and CRM Analyst

 Job Description:

Scope of responsibility:

         Gather pertinent information and organize it in a logical and functional manner.

         Consult with management or administrators to determine what data needs to be included in the database system and will then find the best ways to organize and store this information.

         Analyze complex sets of data to determine recommendations for business growth and

improvement.

         Utilize the results of the analysis to support recommendations for action to improve company processes

         Performs data corrections through analyzing data for errors and formulating corrective

procedures.

         Coaches and/or responds to Software Support regarding analyzing data, identifying problems, and proposing solutions for potential data fixes; communicate to the team when data change(s) are complete.

         Perform related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing, and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery, and configuration management.

         Perform analysis to resolve recurring database issues

         Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

         Provide in-depth problem diagnosis and troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision

         Managing CRM

o   Creating, testing, and optimizing marketing automation (email campaigns, CRM

o   updates, Sales team workflows, etc.)

o   Importing/exporting contacts, list building & segmentation

o   Enhancing the CRM and troubleshooting issues

o   Tracking engagement and other important Sales & Marketing KPIs

o   Data collection and entry

o   Report building

o   New employee tech setup (creating accounts, providing access, etc.)

·         Working with various software within our tech stack

o   Managing integrations with the CRM

Qualifications:

·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Applied Mathematics/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.

·         Excellent communications skills.

·         Amenable to work in an office-based setup.

·         Experience in creating database queries
