Treasury Data Analyst

About the role
We are looking to strengthen the team with a Treasury Data Analyst to help meet the demands of the company's continuing growth, you will be a member of the Treasury team within the Finance department.
The role holder will be responsible for analysis and development of the Funding Model and forecast. The role will develop a deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle and network of pay-out partners. You will be expected to identify, investigate and implement strategies to optimise the use of working capital and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be working on data analytics, producing team dashboards and reports.
As a result, you will receive exposure to different parts of the business, working alongside various teams such as Data Engineering, Data Science and the wider Finance team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury, you will:
- Run daily funding process for the correspondent network.
- Ensure funding is allocated efficiently to pay-out partners with the aim to deliver an uninterrupted service to our customers.
- Analyse and interpret data to create data analytics to improve the Funding Model.
- Analyse and interpret data to create visibility and reporting for stakeholders.
- Drive improvement and automation of Funding related processes.
- Measure and manage Treasury risk
What we're looking for from you:
- Strong academic background, a quantitative degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Finance, Treasury or Data.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Java, Python, SQL preferred
- Automation experience.
- Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
