Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail Functional Consultant
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Working on a full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail
- Functional requirement gathering and documentation.
- Execute the day-to-day activities of MS D365 advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
- Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support project.
- Has a strong understanding of unified commerce business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail).
- Experience of D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support.
- Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades.
- Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
