Inside Sales Executive (Manila)
Job Description:
Main Tasks:
- Connects and maintains relationship with clients
- Sells our merchandise by means of client calls
- Sustains clients' sales by means of calls and follow-ups
- Increases sales by means of opening new businesses as well adding more sales to existing clients through more items. Responsible for promoting and marketing new merchandise.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Input orders from clients
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time
Required Skills:
- Very good English communication skills
- Preferably have Excel skills if possible
- Marketing skills
- Customer service
