Join the Global Desktop Citrix Services Team in Global IT operations
We are seeking a Citrix Specialist living in the Manila area. You will become a member of our Global Desktop Services Team, which is part of the End User Services Team within IT Operations. Together, we will support a large and complex Citrix environment consisting of 45,000 + Citrix users and more than 2500 servers across the globe.

As some of your colleagues from Citrix Services Teamwork in Denmark, Poland, Philippines, Portugal, and Singapore alongside the other teams of End User Services. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across these locations and time zones.
As a member of Citrix Services Team, you will cooperate with 3rd level support where you could escalate issues that are reaching out of scope of 2nd line and involve a change in the environment.
Position tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing second line support based on Incident Management and ITIL.
- General Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop administration and troubleshooting.
- Continuous monitoring of the overall GD server environment using the supplied utilities (PowerShell, Zabbix, Aternity, Director).
- Performing daily morning and evening Global Desktop servers check.
- Studio and XA Director user sessions Administration (handling suspended sessions, providing access to the system in the event of hanging server.
- Analysis, diagnosis, and detection of the causes of complex problems on 2nd line level support.
- Local and remote support for end users with Global Desktop related issues.
- Diagnosis and resolutions of users’ service requests and incidents in Cherwell.
- ARS Administration (group management application, DFSobject properties, passwords, history changes, etc.).
- Configuration and diagnosis of Wyse terminals.
- Creating, editing and management of individual department's subnets within WMS application.
- Resetting profiles of Global Desktop users (as a troubleshooting step or by request from end user or Local IT).
Requirements:
- Experience with Citrix environments from 7.X and up
- General Knowledge of Hypervisors.
- Knowledge of Windows Server OS
- English language - excellent/fluent both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills towards all levels of an organization
- Team Player – assist the Team in given tasks when necessary
- Able to work in flexible working hours
