Job Description:
ABOUT THE TEAM
OneSite is the main product, and we are handling the core functionality which is Conventional with various integration to other systems across the organization. We also support other centers such as Rent Stabilization, Student Living and Military Housing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- (MAIN) Problem Management Escalations (L2 and L3 tasks)
- L2 - Conference calls with support and client (Go-To meetings). If Dev Analysts (L1) needs developer support
- L3 - Analysis and resolution.
- Data or code fix
- Sync-up meetings with other centers (Product Engineering teams)
- Perform code fixes
- Emergency
- Out-of-cycle release
- Normal Release items
- Develop Enhancements – In-line with quarter planning
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Specialized technical knowledge in multiple application development efforts
- Understand all phases of the development cycle
- Execute design and code reviews
- Collaborate with junior developers
- Possess advanced knowledge in applicable technical stack
- Proficiency with web technologies and/or database programming
- Able to define technical expectations and goals of projects
- Able to estimate time spent on projects in alignment with team
- Work under minimal supervision
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- At least 2 yrs experience in .NET, C#, Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, and MS SQL
