Major Deliverables: 

1. Effective and efficient overall branch management including but not limited to sales & marketing, admin, accounting, warehouse and logistics management , etc. 
2. Reports Submission. On-time submission of required reports 
3. Adherence to companys Mission, Vision and Core Values as a way of life.

Main Tasks:

1. Oversees and coordinates all branch daily operations from Admin, Accounting, Sales & Marketing Warehouse and Logistics, etc.
2. Directs and monitors staffs work performance
3. Provides training on staffs in all aspects of their roles
4. Ensures effective branch budget management
5. Creates and implements strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve
6. branch sales targets
7. Monitors & oversees sales and marketing strategies
8. Manages receivables in the branch
9. Implements Office and Operations standards for maximum productivity and reliability
10. Keeps the companys internal system updated at all times with order, inventory, purchases and
11. shipments
12. Monitors stock level and ensures efficient branch inventory management
13. Ensures on time submission of branch management reports and other required reports
14. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time
