HR Assistant

 Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Responsible in employees' attendance checking and monitoring for payroll purposes
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Assist the HR Manager in all aspects about Human Resource Management and Development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or any related field with at least one of relevant experience
  • Has HR Knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly trainable and can easily adapt to diverse working environment
  • Resourceful mindset and has strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and has good learning attitude
