HR Assistant
Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Responsible in employees' attendance checking and monitoring for payroll purposes
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist the HR Manager in all aspects about Human Resource Management and Development
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or any related field with at least one of relevant experience
- Has HR Knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly trainable and can easily adapt to diverse working environment
- Resourceful mindset and has strong attention to detail
- Flexible and has good learning attitude
