Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the migration initiatives
- 1st line of troubleshooting for internal employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IBM compatible experience
- Microsoft Office - Office 365 Migration preferred
- Strong knowledge of networking
- PC/laptop setup experience.
- Leadership capacity
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can work on a night shift
- Must own a personal desktop/laptop and a high-speed internet
