Recruitment Specialist

 Job Description:


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Involved in all phases of recruiting – sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, resume formatting, cold calling, resume pipeline management, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing.
  • Effectively recruit professionals in a time-sensitive environment for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements for all volume, non-IT,  low to mid-level IT positions for multiple client companies.
  • Source candidates using job boards like LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, Monster, and other sourcing portals, as well as internal database searches.
  • Responsible for continuously meeting individual target of submittals and placements in a month/quarter/year
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire
  • Gather requirements from hiring manager or recruitment lead on a daily basis and submit quality profiles for the requirements.
  • Extending verbal offers to hires
  • Negotiate offers with candidates or firms to meet target gross margins of the organization
  • Take preliminary round of interview so as to judge the communication and the abilities of the candidate before submitting to the client.
  • Maintain and document candidate and client communications in the database/applicant tracking system.
  • Determining candidate suitability by evaluating requirement, negotiating compensation package, assessing relevant experience, education, skills and personal qualifications
  • Maintain vendor and consultant databases for various volume, non-IT, and low to mid-level IT skills



Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of IT Recruitment experience (preferably in a PH recruitment setting)
  • Must have experience in recruiting for various roles in IT such as Web Developers, QAs, Software Engineers, DevOps, etc.
  • Must be expert in using job boards (JobStreet, Kalibrr, Monster, and LinkedIn)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Great personality/attitude, detail-oriented, and fast-learner
  • Preferably with a BS degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
