Social Media Manager (ILO)
Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing Team. You’ll be a creative and strategic storyteller with experience executing across all social media platforms. You’ll live and breathe social and cultural trends and be a fountain of knowledge regarding social media, viral campaigns, emerging conversations, brands, tools, and social insights.
What you’ll do
● Get hands-on with content creation across our social media channels to bring your ideas to life.
● Continuously evolve our channel and content strategy by analysing data to understand what is working and what's not working.
● Produce engaging social media content for our community of users and followers. This will include videos, engagement posts, fun challenges, product launches, case studies, live events, and promotional contents.
● Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in our Social Media communities.
● Grow the community in the form of new members/followers, monthly active members, interactions, and comments
● Report on the success of our content across relevant channels, and report back on how this supports overall business goals with the support of the Community team lead.
● Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the brand. Share learnings and best practices with the broader team.
● Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO
Minimum Qualifications:
● College Level / College Graduate with Relevant B2B social media marketing experience
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics
