Social Media Manager (ILO)

 Job Description:


The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing Team. You’ll be a creative and strategic storyteller with experience executing across all social media platforms. You’ll live and breathe social and cultural trends and be a fountain of knowledge regarding social media, viral campaigns, emerging conversations, brands, tools, and social insights.


What you’ll do

Get hands-on with content creation across our social media channels to bring your ideas to life.

Continuously evolve our channel and content strategy by analysing data to understand what is working and what's not working.

Produce engaging social media content for our community of users and followers. This will include videos, engagement posts, fun challenges, product launches, case studies, live events, and promotional contents.

Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in our Social Media communities.

Grow the community in the form of new members/followers, monthly active members, interactions, and comments

Report on the success of our content across relevant channels, and report back on how this supports overall business goals with the support of the Community team lead.

Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the brand. Share learnings and best practices with the broader team.

Minimum Qualifications:

College Level / College Graduate with Relevant B2B social media marketing experience

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics
