QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Graduate of any computer-related course with at least 1 year relevant experience.

• Experience in Cloud technologies – AWS, Azure 

• Experience with Cisco Routing and Switching 

• Experience with Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)

• Good knowledge of Internet VPN-based technologies (IPSec, SSL) 

• Problem solving abilities for recognizing technical issues and developing appropriate solutions 

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 

• Willing to learn and shift to other technologies as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and maintain automated deployment systems. 

• Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability. 

• Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan. 

• Work with development and project teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications. 

• Develop deployment support documentations. 

• Work with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations. 

• Attend trainings and proactively skill-up related to company’s deployment procedures and

standards. 

• Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner. 

• Act as primary customer contact for deployment related inquiries and issues
