A confidential multinational organization with operations across Southeast Asia is seeking a Regional Senior Business Analyst to support transformation and process enhancement initiatives across its operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China. Reporting directly to the CEO office, this high-impact role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning business process improvements with the organizations long-term objectives through system-driven innovation.

The Challenges

• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders across four countries to gather requirements, analyze business workflows, and identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Translate business needs into system-supported solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.

• Process Improvement
  • Map, assess, and refine business processes across markets, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes in cost, quality, and performance.

• System Expertise & Enablement
  • Serve as the product and system expert, guiding business units on system utilization and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design, test, and roll out system solutions that support evolving business needs.

• Project Management
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

What It Takes

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems/process improvement, preferably in a regional capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
