The individual in this role will focus on expanding business opportunities in General Freight (Air & Sea) with the goal of enhancing the company's profitability.

The Challenges
  • As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will focus on identifying and securing new business, particularly in General Freight (Air & Sea), with the goal of boosting company profitability.
  • Key responsibilities include proactively targeting potential clients in line with company goals, following up on leads, and analyzing market trends to uncover new opportunities.
  • The role also involves participating in customer relationship initiatives to enhance retention and growth, while collaborating with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. 

What It Takes

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation and self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented individual.
