Regional Contract Logistics Operations Supervisor

Job Overview :

Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, contract administration, system setup, and ongoing support to ensure seamless, compliant, and consistent integration across the APAC region.  

Job Responsibilities : 

• Review, prepare, and manage Warehouse Storage Agreements (WSAs) and all associated legal documentation with suppliers
• Evaluate supplier liability insurance requirements against established coverage precedents to maintain consistent standards across the supplier base
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve contract queries, negotiate terms, and secure timely execution of all agreements
  
• Configure new supplier accounts Management System (WMS) with full accuracy and data integrity
  
• Coordinate EDI activation and customer portal access as part of the standard onboarding workflow
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding operational, system, or process-related queries
• Diagnose and resolve technical or functional issues related to WMS, EDI, or portal access; escalate complex matters to IT or relevant internal teams promptly
• Provide proactive, regular updates to suppliers on issue status and expected resolution timelines
• Track recurring pain points and recommend targeted process or system improvements to reduce future support demand and enhance efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of WMS platforms, EDI workflows, and supplier portal systems; or strong aptitude to master new systems quickly
  
• Sound Contract Logistics working knowledge and experience within the logistics and supply chain industry
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on proactive issue prevention and resolution
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations
