Position Summary
The Brand Ambassador will interact directly with customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help build awareness through in-person promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent brands in a professional and positive manner
• Engage customers at promotional events and community activities
• Introduce products, services, and current promotions
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Distribute promotional materials and samples when applicable
• Create friendly and engaging customer experiences
• Gather customer feedback and share observations with the team
• Assist with event setup, activities, and breakdown
• Support promotional campaigns and team objectives
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Previous retail, customer service, sales, event, or promotional experience is a plus
