Customer Experience & Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Hargrove Roofing and Construction, a leading residential and commercial roofing company, is seeking an energetic outside sales representative. Roofing experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training. We value candidates new to the industry and with prior sales experience in other fields. Responsibilities include on-site roof measuring, quoting jobs, and customer presentations. We seek determined team players for this commission-based role.

General Accountabilities:

• Generate leads by directly engaging homeowners

• Attend ongoing training for industry knowledge and sales strategies

• Utilize our sales system for effective proposal presentations

• Resolve post-sales issues and provide ongoing client support

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Recommended: Own a vehicle capable of carrying a ladder

• Comfortable with heights and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Availability for evening hours and weekends (as desired)
