Commercial Roofing Estimator

Hargrove Roofing is growing and looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator to support our expanding commercial division. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, produce accurate bids, and help us scale.

What You'll Do

• Review blueprints and specifications to produce accurate takeoffs
• Build detailed estimates and write proposals
• Communicate professionally with GCs and clients via phone and email
• Work closely with our team to hit bid and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of TPO, modified bitumen, metal, and shingle systems
• Ability to read blueprints and specs confidently
• Experience with estimating software (The Edge is a big plus)
• Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with The Edge (top priority)
• Ability to take on a lead estimator or bid coordinator role
• Willing to work in-person in Shreveport for better collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 – $140,000 base (depending on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses
• IRA match + insurance options after probationary period
