We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our team in Littleborough, Rochdale. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, creating a warm and welcoming environment, and maintaining the operational excellence of the home. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.

- Manage and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

- Handle budgets, staffing, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

- Engage with residents' families, maintaining open and supportive communication.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care.

- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
