Job Description

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospitality establishment.
• Ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Managing and leading a team of staff members across various departments.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
