Salary: Starting from £33,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality sourdough pizzas using fresh ingredients.
  • Develop and test new pizza recipes, ensuring a creative and varied menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is always stocked. 
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor food costs and work to minimize waste while maximizing efficiency.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and are consistent in quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer feedback and make improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with a strong focus on sourdough pizzas.
  • Deep understanding of dough fermentation and sourdough techniques.
  • Excellent cooking skills and creativity in developing new pizza recipes.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
