Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business partnering. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function including accounting, reporting, treasury, and taxation
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and profitability improvement
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Oversee statutory audits and regulatory requirements
• Develop financial models to support business expansion and new market entry
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and business operations
• Exposure with international financial institutions is preferred.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing organization
• Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
