Happy Nest Nanny & Maternity Agency is currently seeking a reliable nanny for a happy and relaxed family based in Lower Withington, Cheshire. The family has two childrena 7-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girland is expecting a new baby at the beginning of June.

They are looking for a nanny to provide support alongside Mum, working Monday to Friday on a permanent basis. The hours will be 2/3pm to 7pm, with some flexibility. If a nanny prefers a four-day schedule, this can be accommodated as long as the later school run is covered. The role is a mix of shared and sole charge care, requiring someone who is proactive and adaptable to family life.

Responsibilities:

• School runs
• Helping with homework and planning fun, creative activities
• Providing a safe and nurturing environment
• General child-related housekeeping and laundry
• Cooking and helping in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of childcare experience
• Valid Enhanced DBS check (on the update service agency can assist)
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Full driving licence with own vehicle in good working order
• Excellent, checkable references
• Comfortable around animals (the family has a dog)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and alongside Mum

Salary:

£18 gross per hour
