Days - Monday Tuesday , Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm

Happy Nest Nanny & Maternity Agency is seeking a kind, proactive, and experienced part-time temporary nanny to support a lovely family based near Chester in Pontblyddyn. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to assist a mum caring for her newborn baby and her 3-year-old little boy.

About the Role:

You will provide hands-on support to mum, making daily life smoother and more enjoyable during this special and busy time. Mum will be around, so your role will be to assist where neededwhether thats taking the lead with childcare, light housekeeping, or preparing nutritious family meals as she has a c-section planned.

The familys 3-year-old attends nursery, so you will primarily focus on supporting mum with the baby and offering help around the home.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with newborn care and general support for mum
• Providing childcare for the 3-year-old when not at nursery
• Meal preparation for the children and occasionally for the family
• Light housekeeping duties to keep things running smoothly
• Supporting the family with the day-to-day routine
• Being mindful of the familys small and friendly dog

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years professional childcare experience
• Enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Strong checkable references
• A calm, confident, and nurturing approach with experience working with babies
• Comfortable with pets and confident working in a home with a dog

This is a temporary part-time role for 10 weeks, perfect for a nanny looking for a short-term position and the chance to make a big difference to a growing family.
