Contracts & Commercial Manager MRF 24036

The Contract & Commercial Manager manages contracts entered into with Customers, Third Party Clients, Vendors, Partners, Consultants & Contractors. Contract management includes negotiating the terms and conditions in the contracts and ensuring compliance with those terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. It can be summarized as the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk.

A minimum of 5 years GCC experience is required.

It is preferred that applicants have 10 years experience in role.  Ideally from a construction background. 

Must be a native English speaker.

Must have knowledge of FIDIC
