Role Description

As a Sustainability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects environmental impact. Your expertise in sustainable design and construction practices will drive our commitment to LEED certification and Mostadam accreditation. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that sustainability principles are seamlessly integrated into every phase of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with global best practices and industry standards.
• Project Integration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to embed sustainability principles into project design, construction, and operations.
• LEED Certification: Lead LEED certification efforts, ensuring compliance with LEED standards and documentation requirements.
• Mostadam Accreditation: Drive the adoption of Mostadam (Saudi Arabias sustainability certification) across our projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure sustainability performance and track progress.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions to enhance team members understanding of sustainability concepts.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable materials.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in design and construction sustainability management.
• Certifications: LEED AP (preferred), Mostadam accreditation (highly desirable).
• Skills:

Minimum 12-15 yrs experience

Minimum 5 yrs GCC experience preferred
