Duties and responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive master plans, schedules, and cost estimates for projects.

• Provide regular updates on project progress and identify any deviations from the original plans.

• Advise on cost control effectiveness and compliance with budget targets.

• Integrate project schedules to forecast cash flow requirements in coordination with concerned functions.

• Regularly monitor the detailed project schedule and progress to ensure adherence to work plans within agreed time, budget, and resources.

• Facilitate project review meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Provide support and guidance to project teams on project control processes and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project control activities.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Project Management or Cost Control are desirable.

• 10+ years of experience
• 5+ GCC Experience

• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.

• Proficient in using project control tools and software.

• Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills for accurate cost forecasting and budget compliance.

• Knowledge of the tendering process and collaboration with the Business Development function.

• Ability to optimize the utilization and allocation of resources for efficient project execution.

• Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks.
