The Contract Manager manages contracts and related commercial elements entered into with Customers, Third Party Clients, Vendors, Partners, Consultants & Contractors. Contract and commercial management includes negotiating the terms and conditions in the contracts and ensuring compliance with those terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. It can be summarized as the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize commercial and operational performance and minimize risk.

A minimum of 5 years GCC experience is required.
Preferred, 10 years experience in role.
