Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls, safety, environmental standards, and risk management protocols.
  • Manage contracts, financials, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with government entities and utility providers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement and promote continuous improvement and talent development strategies.
  • Utilize 2D/3D CAD and BIM tools for project coordination and design integration.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, including leadership as a Project Manager.
  • Proven expertise in project controls, safety, risk management, contracts, finance, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools for project coordination.
  • Strong engagement record with government entities and utility providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in international projects, with preference for experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
