Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with project controls, safety, environmental standards, and risk management protocols.
- Manage contracts, financials, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with government entities and utility providers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and promote continuous improvement and talent development strategies.
- Utilize 2D/3D CAD and BIM tools for project coordination and design integration.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 16 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, including leadership as a Project Manager.
- Proven expertise in project controls, safety, risk management, contracts, finance, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools for project coordination.
- Strong engagement record with government entities and utility providers.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in international projects, with preference for experience in Saudi Arabia.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
