Job description:
Planning
Prepare Deployment master for all activities with BM
Content planning accross all brand’s social channels & medias
Prepare checklist & timeline for Offline activation & engagement
Prepare Calendar for Brand’s activities
Prepare Brand’s brief to internal MKT teams includes: DP, Creatives; Digital & PNS.
Deployment
Prepare contents includes all brand’s social posts & media content
Work with Media such as Magazines, KOL/KOC, Communities across platforms
Produce brand’s social videos.
Deploy offline activities follow checklist & timeline working with other dept
Work with Procurement & Suppliers for productions, services,
Follow tasks deligated by BM
Work with Brand’s stakeholders to deploy offline activities; activations
Prepare Paperwork related to payments, services, with Ope team
Reporting: Support Ope to produce WIP, BOD & Quarter reports
Requirements:
Positive team player with ability to collaborate with multi-levels
At least 01 year of experience in Marketing, Events, Agency, team building or related fields
University, college graduates in related fields. Major or qualification in hospitality, retail, fashion, trade is a plus
Must be willing to travel and may work nights/weekends/holidays.
Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to form checklist & follow up with checklist
Ability to research of new ideas & propose new idea
Good presentation & communication skills
Vietnamese, English is a plus
