Main Responsibilities:
  • Build C&B Foundation: develop and standardize compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with industry standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: manage HR operations related to C&B, ensuring all practices comply with local laws and regulations during the companys growth.
  • Data & Reporting: create and manage C&B metrics and reports to provide clear insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and finance to align C&B implementation with overall business goals.
  • Initiate and execute competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and employee benefits.
  • Conduct market research & benchmark to ensure compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
  • Design and administer employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Prepare and analyze C&B reports, metrics, and data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR leader to develop and implementnew initiatives in total rewards strategy.
  • Ensure all total rewards programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Good English communication verbally & writing
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years work experience in Compensation and Benefits role.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment is a plus.
  • Reliable, accurate, patient, neat and tidy, self-learning attitude.
  • Have a mindset of self-learning and improving.
  • Good command in English communication
  • Knowledge of HR management system is an advantage.
