About the job Corporate Sales Manager
B2B Sales & Partnership
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
- Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through marketing activities & campaign, cold calling, online & offline outreach, networking, referrals,...
- Set; Meet or exceed monthly corporate sale KPI
- Establish network of partners to bring in new clientele (Tourist; Vietkieu;...) such as OTA, TA , Hospitality partners;...
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products or services
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide more information, address concerns, and nurture the relationship
- Work with Operation; Legal; Accounting or other relevant departments for quotations, contracts, appendix,... for clients
Corporate Sales Campaigns
- Work with Marketing team to plan Corporate Sales Campaigns
- Forecast budgets, resource allocation, and revenue impact for planned activities.
- Set, meed or exceed campaign's KPI
Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines
- Track and analyze metrics and sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align strategies and contribute to the overall teams operational roadmap.
- Develop internal processes and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor the corporate sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account, Business Development, Partnership, Community Management, Business Management,...
- Proven corporate sales, sponsorship or partnership experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in marketing or branding is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Entreupreneurship, Business management or related fields.
- Degree or qualification in F&B, Hospitality Management is a plus

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking.

- Any Qualification or Portfolio in F&B, Nightlife, Hospitality is a plus
- Experience in dark market such as Liquor; Cigarettes is a plus
